Ordering Questions:
If you have special questions about ordering, please email or give us a call. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 9:00pm EST. A 5-7 day shipping delay is possible if we are out of town attending a Motorcycle Rally or Native American Pow Wow. A slight delay may also be necessary if items are on back-order.

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal, as well as payment by check or money order.

Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and e-checks.
If you are uncomfortable placing an order on the internet, just call us to process your order by phone. All Paypal payments must be made online.

Your privacy is important to us! The information you provide on this site is not shared with any other site. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through the Safewebshop secure server with SSL encryption. This is to protect your privacy and the information you provide.

Shipping:
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated at check-out based on the total weight of all shippable products and will appear on the check-out screen. When the calculations are complete, the customer is able to choose their preferred shipping method.

In our comparisons, the most economical shipping method for orders weighing less than one pound is USPS First Class Mail. Our minimum first class shipping is $2.35 per order which includes a base shipping fee of $1.30 for package insurance. The insurance fee is paid separately to Stamps.com and is not included in the amount of postage shown on the package.

U.S.P.S. First Class Mail - Insurance fee of $1.30 included. Total weight must be under one pound. Packages thicker than ľ inch include delivery confirmation at no charge.
U.S.P.S. Priority mail - Insurance fee of $1.30 insurance included. Packages over one pound, delivery confirmation is included at no charge.
U.S.P.S. Global Priority® Mail - shipping for International orders.
UPS Ground - delivery in 3-5 days.
UPS 2nd Day Air® - delivery by the end of 2nd business day.
UPS 3rd Day Select - Recommended for the following states only. AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY, western IA & MO and extreme northern ME, MI & WI. Delivery to all other states should be delivered within three days.

UPS Additional Fees - Residential package surcharge - add $1.40.
Domestic Residential Delivery Area Surcharge - $1.75 for selected residential zip codes.
Domestic Business Delivery Area Surcharge - $1.00 for selected business zip codes.
UPS charges for delivery to Alaska & Hawaii are higher.

Our Return Policy:

Custom Handcrafted Orders:
We guarantee the workmanship on all custom handcrafted products. If you have any problems or concerns, just email us. We will correct or fix any problems at no additional charge. The customer is only responsible for the postage to return the item to us. We will pay any postage to return the item to the customer.
Customer ordered wrong size on a handcrafted orders:
95% of the time, the customer may return for a different size.
We want you to be happy with your order so just email us.

Seven Day Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us in the original package in new condition. All returns must be preceded by a phone call or e-mail message to us describing the problem within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Items must be received within 14 days. Postage charges are not refundable.
